How many languages is it possible to browse in?

Nivosoap browsing language is English. Our team is working on adding additional languages soon.

Does Nivosoap operate physical stores?

No. Nivosoap does not operate physical stores. We work with several stockists around the world. Check our stockists section for more information.

Where are Nivosoap products produced?

Soap bars are produced exclusively at Nivosoap lab located in Heraklion Crete. Creams, Lotions and Liquid soaps are produced in cooperating labs in Greece also in small batches following Nivosoap exclusive formulations and production standards.

Are out-of-stock items restocked?

Nivosoap produces small batches of products. If an item is out of stock, most probably we are in the phase of producing a batch of it. We can accept a back order and ship to you once the product is back in stock. In any case please contact us for details.

What is the www.nivosoap.com ordering process?

Shoping at www.nivosoap.com is easy.

On the top menu, click on the shop button. You will be redirected to the shop area where you can browse products. There are many filtering option on the left side of the screen aiming to make your navigation easier. Click on the product you desire in order to access more details about size, fragrance etc. Once you have made your decision, simply add the products to your cart. You can then choose to view your cart by clicking on the cart icon at the top right of the screen or checkout. If you are not a registered user you will be asked for shipping address and billing address (if different from shipping address). Choose the desired payment and shipment method, accept terms and your are ready to place the order.

How can I be sure that I’ve made my purchase correctly?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive an email, contact us.

Can I remove items from my order?

Yes. You can delete any unwanted items from your shopping bag as long as the order hasn’t been processed yet.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. You can cancel your order as long as its status allows and you have a user account. To do this, go to the “my orders” section in your account. If you are not registered, click on the “Order Information” link in the confirmation email sent to you and click cancel.

What should I do if I receive a faulty item?

Nivosoap only sells items in perfect condition. You order is physically inspected prior to shipping from our team. In the very rare event of receiving a faulty item, please contact us. We will address the issue and provide the best available options for you.

What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?

If you were to accidentally receive an item that you did not order, please contact us. Our team will be happy to assist you.

What payment method can I use to make my purchase?

We offer 4 payment methods:

Why might my credit card be refused?

Your credit card may be refused for any of the following reasons:

The card may have expired. Check that your card is still valid.

You may have reached your credit limit. Contact your bank to check that you have not exceeded the authorized purchase limit.

You may have entered some information incorrectly. Check that you have filled in all the required fields correctly.

Is it safe to use my credit card on the website?

Yes, the data is transmitted SSL-encrypted. For payments with Visa and Mastercard only SET transactions (secure electronic transactions) are accepted. After verifying that the card is included in the SET system, the system will contact the card-issuing bank to enable the buyer to authorize the purchase. When the bank confirms the authenticity, the payment will be charged to the card. Otherwise the order will be cancelled.

What shipping methods are used?

Domestic orders (Greece mainland and islands) are Delivered via Elta Courier.

International Orders are Delivered via DHL.

Where can I receive my order?

It can be sent to an address selected by you (home, work, etc. – never a PO Box)

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery will takes usually  between 1 and 4 working days after dispatch.
Items are usually delivered Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am-8pm.

A signature may be required and if you’re not around the driver will leave a card with instructions on how to pick it up.

* Shipping times may change due to unforeseen factors such as: non-immediate availability of the product, specific treatment, strikes, transportation companies, delays, holidays, festivals etc.

How much do I pay for delivery service?

For domestic orders the shipping cost is : 2,40 € (Flat Rate)

International shipping cost is provided by DHL per destination Live rates are calculated via DHL during ckeckout.

Can I track my order?

Yes, in the “my orders” section in “my account” you can see the status of your order. If you are not registered, click on the “Order Information” link in the confirmation email sent to you to see the status of your order.

What is the home delivery process?

We will send you an email confirming that your items have been dispatched (when your order leaves the warehouse), another with the tracking number (with a link to the courier’s web page) and finally the courier will inform you about your delivery.

What is your return/cancelation policy?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours and before it has been despatched by sending an email to orders@nivosoap.com, we will refund your account if you have proceeded with payment. We accept returns within 7 days of receipt of your order and only if you notify us first by sending an email to orders@nivosoap.com. The order must be shipped back to us free of charge and the goods must be in their original condition. In case of the rare event of damaged goods due to transportation, please provide us with a photo of the damaged goods and we shall replace them.

How can I register with www.nivosoap.com?

When placing your first order you can register by checking the create account checkbox and providing a password of your choice. You will receive a confirmation email for your account at the email address you have provided earlier. You can then login with your account details and enjoy the advantages described above.

How do I recover my forgotten password?

If you have forgotten your password, you can recover it in the Log in section. You will receive an email with your new password.

Is it possible to receive periodic information via email about Nivosoap latest new products and offers?

Yes. By simply subscribing on Newsletter you will receive information on Nivosoap’s latest products and events.

Can I cancel my Nivosoap Newsletter subscription?

You can easily cancel your subscription by clicking on the Newsletter menu. Fill in the details and select send.
